Program Eligibility & Enrollment
The VIP Perks Program is available to individuals aged 18+. Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member. Guests may enroll online, via phone, or in person.
Usage & Limitations
The VIP Perks discounts apply only to direct bookings made through our official website or by phone. Benefits are subject to availability and may require advance booking. Perks do not guarantee accommodation availability—all stays must be reserved separately.
Cancellations & Renewals
The VIP Perks Program automatically renew annually unless canceled prior to renewal. You may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable. Your plan will remain active for one calendar year from the moment it’s activated, ensuring you enjoy all its benefits.

The VIP Perks Program does NOT grant ownership, guaranteed camping access, or contractual stay rights. It is a rewards-based program offering exclusive discounts and experiences. We are NOT selling a campground membership under Florida law (Chapter 509, Part II).
